bodybuilding is the form of weightlifting I chose. Its my inspiration to go into kinesiology. I love working on myself and actually being able to see progress in the mirror

Just like baking, I enjoy the ability to innovate. I take recipes that look really good, and turn them into meals that I can make and prep
BAKING
My baking is almost always related to health, or protein. I enjoy this style because I get to be innovative, and enjoy the food I eat.
MEALPREP

every night after work I meal prep for the next day. It helps keep me in routine, and ensure I am tracking my macros properly.

ROUTINE
I always have the same routine. Monday to Saturday I live on the exact same schedule. 5:00 wake up, workout, school, work, meal prep, sleep. It sounds boring, but its calming at least having some idea what you day is like.

I track my calories every day. Its fun for me. IT helps keep me in routine, and Knowing my macros ensures that I get the most out of the gym.
