A series of steps a user take to achieve a meaningful goal, Step 1 -> 2 -> 3 - the goal of the user.
Why do we use them? - we use it to communicate the intended flow of user through various pages and actions in a production app or in whatever website.
How do we make them? Well you flow should include a name, steps, users and a description of what happened t each step.
