Conflict
Sometimes siblings could be compared (the younger being compared to the older). Despite the fact that the functional perspective assumes that the family provides emotional comfort and support to its members, many families do the exact opposite.
Interactionalist
We interact with our family on the daily and could pick up some of our behavior or habits from them. Members within a family can have different understandings, perceptions, and expectations.
Functionalist
Our parents nurture us and teach us our morals and what is right and wrong. The family serves a variety of important roles in society. It helps youngsters socialize, provides emotional and physical support to its members, and gives them a sense of belonging. Family troubles are caused by abrupt or big changes in the structure or activities of the family; these issues threaten the family's stability and damage society.
GOVERNMENT
Functionalist
A government consists of Governments are made up of a president, ministers, legislators, and staff whose job it is to organize and direct society, meet social needs, maintain law and order, and manage international relations, among other things.
Conflict
Many governments are assumed to seek to earn wealth and power or preserve the wealth and power they already have, and conflict would be the only option for the poor to achieve some amount of equality. Many people believe that governments utilize their position to create social policies that assist them to maintain their wealth.
Interactionalist
Government board meetings make up a large part of politics. The core of politics is the product of long-term interactions between individuals and small groups. Trees, birds, and wedding rings are only a few examples of symbolic objects in broader culture. The White House, the eagle, and the American flag are images that reflect the United States' power and authority. Symbols of the UAE include the Burj Khalifa, the falcon, and the UAE flag.
WORK
Functionalist
A properly functioning workplace consists of a building, employees, a manager, etc...
Conflict
Employees compete against each other to achieve or reach higher positions. Workplaces usually consist of many employees from different countries and cultures, which could leave to some discrimination.
Interactionlist
Interaction and communication between employees. A part of interaction in work is between co-workers, managers and staff, employees with the public, and even work gossip.
