counseling: seek medical attention if decreased urination yellowing of eyes, blistering skin rash or extreme fatigue, unusual bruising or bleeding, SOB or chest pain, tendon rupture, muscle weakness, a "pins-and-needles" tingling or pricking sensation, numbness in arms or legs, confusion or hallucinations; complete full course of therapy; symptoms should improve within 2-3 days; if worsen, seek follow-up with HCP; if tendon pain develops, D/C and seek medical attention; patients > 65 y and on current steroids are at increased risk; may take with or without food; do not take medicine with milk, yogurt, or other dairy products or Ca-fortified products; if using antacids, sucralfate, or mineral supplements and multivitamins with Ca, Fe, or Zn, take moxifloxacin ≥ 4 hours before or 8 h after these medicine; wear sunscreen
