Manually Operated Equipment
Platform trucks : confined spaces for picking items that will be
put on a conveyor and sent to the shipping area.
Pallet jacks:single pallets of products short distances or in areas
where space is a constraint
Hand trucks:move small items short distances
in places like storage and parts rooms.
Industrial Fork Trucks / Lift Trucks
Propane trucks: travel faster and handle
heavier loads than electric trucks
gasoline trucks:docks or open
areas+ outside
Electric trucks: easy to maintain, more
environmentally friendly and much quieter
all stand-up
equipment in use today is electric powered
