Target audience are students aged 16-19, this product also is available in multicolored.
CAD/CAM applications are used to both design a product and program manufacturing processes, specifically, CNC machining. CAM software uses the models and assemblies created in CAD software, like Fusion 360, to generate tool paths that drive machine tools to turn designs into physical parts.
It is a portable design made of a combination of already existing products.
The product is lightweight and has cool features.
Solar energy/ panels
Reduced electric bill.
Insurance against rising energy costs.
Cheaper power source.
Return on investment.
Environmentally friendly.
Energy independence.
Aluminum is inside phone chargers because it conducts electricity but it also has a better conductivity ratio that copper. Aluminum is made from bauxite. Aluminum can be found in the earth's crust.
A battery charger consists of a rectifier circuit, power circuit, ripple monitoring, control circuit, regulator circuit, and fault detection circuit.
Solar photovoltaic technology uses abundant, earth-friendly materials like aluminum, silicon, steel, and glass. Even the most optimistic projections for solar won't strain their availability.
Tinning pads on the inspected PCB boards. Then solder the wires on PCBs so that they can be attached to batteries.
Tinning contacts on the lithium polymer cell.
To prevent short circuits, we tape on contacts of the Li-Poly cell.
Stick the spongy material on the cell to stop it from flapping inside the case.
Connect the cells and PCBs by soldering.
Test the unit function for charging and discharging to determine if they are okay to go.
Screw PCB into the underside housing to add security and stability.
