They are used to create a feel / flow of a product. They may be used to create website designs, product designs and any type of product design
A Mood Board is a collection of ideas. This can be physically or digitally and can include a collection of fonts, fabric, images or colours.
Visualization Diagram

What is it?
A visualization diagram is a rough plan of still products. They may give an outline of what an end product would look like.
What is Included??
A visualization diagram should include: dimensions and where things are placed, size, colour and fonts.
They can be used in magazine, presentation and website designs as well as many more.
Storyboards

What is is?
A visual representation of a film sequence- breaks down the action into individual panels.
What is included
It may include, camera angles, individual actions, weather and dialogue
Script
Example
A script is a written piece of work which provides insight for any member of a set, including the directors, actors and any special affect creators or set desogners
What is included?
A script can include, dialogue, weather, setting, camera movement, and movement in general as well as props and sound affects.

Client requirements
A client is whoever you are working for.
The client will have a set of requirements they want you to follow, in regards to the product they want you to create.
These requirements may be, Target audience, Colour scheme, Timescale and many others.
Research
- There are two types of research (Primary and Secondary)
Secondary Research
This is research contained second-hand
For example, Biography, Reports and textbooks
Primary Research
This is research obtained first hand.
For example, Self conducted surveys, interviews or any self-conducted experiments.
Work Plan
What is included?
Tasks, activities, timings, milestones and contingencies
Contingencies- extra time incase a job takes more time than expected
Tasks- main jobs to be completed.
Milestone- Key review points, to check
