Girls are more likely to be sexually assaulted on their way to and from school.
60 million girls are assaulted a year, on there way to school or at school.
Violence against girls
246 million girls around the world experience some type of violence around school each year.
In poverty, some families choose the educate their sons, instead of there daughters.
In areas of extreme poverty, access to bathrooms is low. Girls have 1/3 restrooms to boys there age, which leaves some to have to quit school once they begin menstration.
