Keep lab equipment secure, organized, and in working order

Create custom lab manuals and keep lab assignments up to date and relevant to current protocols

Keep current with use of the lab equipment and software, and with the state of the art in terms of published studies using similar equipment.

Regularly meet with students to assist with lab assignments, to design research methodologies, to assist with data analysis and summary. This may include but not be limited to hands on sessions exploring how to safely and accurately use the equipment to take signals, and explanations of how to structure data, how to summarize data, and how to interpret results.

Work on original research projects, in collaboration with the VPD, to raise and sustain NEC’s profile within the voice research and pedagogy community.
