Vaccine Mandate
Natural Immunity

Substantial immune memory is generated after COVID-19, involving all four major types of immune memory. About 95% of subjects retained immune memory at ~6 months after infection. Circulating antibody titers were not predictive of T cell memory. Thus, simple serological tests for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies do not reflect the richness and durability of immune memory to SARS-CoV-2. This work expands our understanding of immune memory in humans. These results have implications for protective immunity against SARS-CoV-2 and recurrent COVID-19.

Women and younger individuals were also more likely to report AEs. Our study adds to other reports supporting the wider understanding of AEs following COVID-19 vaccination [1, 2, 3, 4]. Importantly, given hesitancy surrounding recently developed COVID-19 vaccines [[6]], our findings may help inform those with previous COVID-19 of increased susceptibility to certain AEs. Our study also adds weight to the question of whether a second dose of mRNA vaccine is necessary in those with previous COVID-19, assuming effective immunity is established after the first dose [[1],[2],[8],[9]]. This is relevant, given that Tre-Hardy's and other studies have reported worse AEs following second doses of vaccine [[1],[3]].

Greece
Greece accepts vaccination certificates provided that the document proves that the last vaccine dose has been taken within the last nine months. On the other hand, recovery certificates are valid only for a period of 180 days.
Portugal accepts vaccination, recovery and test certificates. In order for a vaccination certificate to be recognised in Portugal, the document must prove that the holder has been vaccinated in the last nine months or has received a booster shot.Recovery certificates are accepted as long as the document proves that the holder has been infected with the virus in the last 180 days. As for tests, Portugal accepts both PCR and rapid antigen tests.

Vaccination was highly effective with overall estimated efficacy for documented infection of 92·8% (CI:[92·6, 93·0]); hospitalization 94·2% (CI:[93·6, 94·7]); severe illness 94·4% (CI:[93·6, 95·0]); and death 93·7% (CI:[92·5, 94·7]). Similarly, the overall estimated level of protection from prior SARS-CoV-2 infection for documented infection is 94·8% (CI:[94·4, 95·1]); hospitalization 94·1% (CI:[91·9, 95·7]); and severe illness 96·4% (CI:[92·5, 98·3]). Our results question the need to vaccinate previously-infected individuals.

We observed a relatively low re-infection rate of SARS-CoV-2 in Austria. Protection against SARS-CoV-2 after natural infection is comparable with the highest available estimates on vaccine efficacies. Further well-designed research on this issue is urgently needed for improving evidence-based decisions on public health measures and vaccination strategies.
Legality
Constitution - Right to bodily integrity - might be limited but currently there is no government mandate that by law you must have the vaccine
