Perfectionism
Someone who strives for flawlessness by fixating imperfections, working hard and being critical of others/self
Types
Functional - More task orientated then focusing on performance itself. Views themselves highely, can accept limitations, disapointed in failure - renews effort and determination
Dysfunctional - Take more time completing the task and defend it when confronted about their methods. Can be negative because of such high set standard, can cause suffering

Leadership

Leadership types:
Democratic - encourages decision making from different perspectives - leadership must be emphasized throughout the organization
Autocratic - Leader makes decisions without referring to anyone else - can create dependency, alienation and demotivation - is needed sometimes
Emergent - emerges from respect and support (usually high in ability or experience)
Prescribed - appointed by someone in authority (managers, coaches)
