- - - - • Audio conference: consists of a voice call, either by telephone or by some other computer program; allows two people to talk in real time from different places.
      - • Video conference: enables simultaneous audio and video conversations and is common for meetings between workers or suppliers, who are physically located in different geographical areas.
      - • Chat: allows several people to communicate in real time, through text messages. It is used both for internal communication of workers and for customer service.
      - • Instant messaging: through it, partners can exchange information –mainly text, but also audio, video and documents- in real time. Whatsapp would be the most popular case, although Slack is also frequently used in business.
    - - • Email: it is the most widespread asynchronous medium and allows a sender to send information to a person, who will see it when they open the specific message.
      - • Distribution lists: using the same email system, distribution lists allow the message to reach more than one recipient, previously determined by categories or filters.
      - • Discussion forums: these consist of websites where workers can pose questions, waiting for someone else to answer them, or answer questions previously made by other colleagues.
      - • Wikis: these are websites whose content can be edited by any user.
      - • Shared documents: refers to web spaces in the cloud or intranet, where employees can access different online documents for joint editing.
