Conclusion: I have chosen to do this topic because I see a wide range of ideas and problems that are linked to keeping it fit and healthy, I have looked into a few parts of this topic that define a good health, and came to the conclusion that in order to be healthy, you need a good diet, mental well being and a workout plan. Out of the three options, this stands out to me the most because there are many different opinions that can come into what makes a person fit. For instance, for a workout regimen, some might say that it helped them a lot, while others say that the workout did not help them achieve their goals. This is because we all have different bodies, therefore whatever I make, I would receive comments.
