There are stories of monks who can endure freezing conditions and come away with no frostbite simply through intense meditation
Being able to use mindfulness to manipulate our bodies can also help form a better connection between our mind and bodies
Having an increased understanding and connectedness to our bodies, as well as learning to really love our bodies, can help us maintain them for as long as possible
I’m excited to learn about the mind-body connection developed by monks and people who have extreme control over their bodies
