My experience with earthing

went to a spot that I really like

took my socks and shoes off and wanted to find a good place to put my feet

excited to get outside and go on a little adventure in the nice weather

absolutely freezing and so painful on my feet

hobbling around for a while and very uncomfortable

trying to feel embodied and in the moment

turn it into a positive experience

Ended up being a funny experience to look back on

Would do it again regardless of the painful experience

most people can relate to feeling uncomfortable in new situations and not wanting to step out of their comfort zone for a variety of reasons

in what situations I tend to experience that lack of attention

issue of focus is super relevant especially during this time of social media and instant feedback

our attention spans continue to get smaller and it is much harder for many people to hold focus on almost anything

can be a huge disadvantage in school and in the workplace and even in everyday life

can grounding/embodiment play a role in improving focus
