When watching the sunset, I often find myself with an increased ability to confront hard emotion in an effective and self-respecting way
I want to use this as an opportunity to cultivate my understanding of self, respect for self, and love for self
I think my perspective and my search for inner peace and self love could be something that my classmates are not only inspired by, but also are partaking in at the same time as me
My ideas of discovering what it means to have self love, respect, and understanding are ones that I assume, or at least hope to be universal. I believe that many of us struggle with feeling difficult emotions but not truly understanding why we are feeling them, or what specific emotion or thought is the hardest

Impacts of nature
There are some days where the sunset is more spectacular than others, and on the gloomier days I sometimes find myself feeling disappointed and even let down by nature

The Journey
For a long time, I have thought that inner peace is a lack of hard emotions, but I am starting to wonder if it is also the presence of something. What this something is, I am not sure; perhaps figuring this out is another goal of my journey.
Essentially, I do believe that my journey and my goals are ones that other people may share not only for this assignment, but for life in general.

I think my perspective and my search for inner peace and self love could be something that my classmates are not only inspired by, but also are partaking in at the same time as me
The feeling of inner peace and even inner harmony that I often feel as a result of visiting Chautauqua at sunset feels as though it must be backed by some sort of science.
I want to take a more active role in my inner peace; I do not want to simply allow moments of peace to happen, but also be intentional about the ways that I create them.
