Wednesday (Group Intro Call #1) - one in AM, one in Afternoon, one in PM
Friday (Group Intro Call #1) - one in AM, one in Afternoon, one in PM
Saturday (Group Intro Call #1 - Before Kickoff Call in AM); users if they want to start right away can do this call then start on that Monday, one in PM
Tuesday (Group Intro Call #2 Optional - Advanced Q and A) - one in AM, one in Afternoon, one in PM
Thursday (Group Intro Call #2 Optional - Advanced Q and A) - one in AM, one in Afternoon, one in PM
Group Intro Call Ops
Flow: Onboarding ---> Tour/mobile carousel until Intro Group Call Scheduled --> After Scheduling --> pushes to self register for TNC ---> Once TNC is scheduled ---> Tour/mobile carousel pushes to self register for Sat call before your Monday start date
If tour is guiding all self registering, if after a specific period of time they do not perform the action of scheduling the event, initiate a mobile push or banner
