My Moral Mind Map
Mother
Throughout my life, I’ve always had my mom to depend on. Since I was the eldest of my family, I’ve always looked up to her and kept her advice to heart. She worked hard to provide for our family, even in our lowest times. My mom made sure to make us happy no matter what situation we were in. She’s a very brave woman and fights for what she believes in. My mom has a great impact on me and how I navigate the world. I admire her hard work and dedication and hope to make her proud with the decisions I make. 
Christianity
As a Christian, my relationship with God is of great value to me. Being a follower of Christ has a huge impact on who I am and how I view the world. Looking at Jesus’ life and how he walked this earth, some things/qualities such as forgiveness, humility, and love are really important to me. These were the main things Jesus showed to humanity during His time here on earth and I feel it’s important that we try to live as He did. My faith affects my decisions and moral opinions.
Grandmother
My grandma is another great influence in my life. She’s a strong and kind hearted woman and one quality I admire about her is her selflessness. She didn’t have a stable life growing up and faced a lot of hardships. My grandma unfortunately did not have parents to look after her and as she took on the responsibility as a mother figure for her brothers and sisters. But despite all the struggle she’s been through, she always puts others before her. My grandma's past affects the way I view the world.
Father
I’ve always been greatly influenced by my father and the things he taught me growing up. He taught me many important things to prepare me for the real world. He also guided and raised me to be a humble person and to carry myself with respect. The different things I have learned from him influence my worldview and daily decisions.
Siblings
My siblings have a strong influence on me as well. I have many responsibilities as the oldest and the most important is being a good role model for my siblings. This affects the decisions I make everyday.
Samoan Culture
My culture also has an impact on my worldview. Traditions in the Samoan culture are very unique and different from other cultures. While there are many different traditions, a few qualities that are valued and very strict in the Samoan culture are respect and humility. These cultural values are very important and when I go out into the world it influences my decision-making.
Education
My education is another great influence on my worldview, especially in subjects like history, social studies, and religion. When I learn about important events that are happening internationally, my perspective of the world is changed and I form opinions on different issues or situations.
Music
Music is a certain type of art that is very valuable to me. From a young age, I’ve always had a passion for music and singing. While music can be enjoyed for it’s catchy melody or tune, it can also be enjoyed for it’s lyrics. Music and lyrics change the emotions I’m feeling and influence the perspective I have of the world and society.
Being a Teenager
I think the transition from childhood to adulthood is an important and overwhelming period in our lives. It’s an exciting and stressful journey and I feel that the decisions we make now are very important for the future.
Generation Z
I think that my perspective of the world is also influenced by the things that are happening in my generation. For instance, the COVID-19 pandemic created a different lifestyle for many people across the world. Because of the sudden changes that took place during the pandemic like quarantine and distance-learning, I feel like it had a great impact on my life and the way I view the world.
