the psychology of patient when they make phone call: calm down patient, ask patient in gentlely, and gve them the open question, avoid the question only with yes no answer.
the relatives of patient should take into the consideration: they encourage patient in asnwering the question better, incase patient is the small kids too, in case the patient need to reach the healthcare point: relative should have act fast as well to bring them to hospital.
the attitude of receiver phone call should be considered as well, the conversation should be clear voice, camly to take with patient
