Evidence of evolutions:
-
An example of evolution would be whale skeletons. we know whales evolved and came from land animals because of the fact whales have remnants of hind legs. Another factor alluding to the fact sea animals evolved from land animals is time charts stating sea animals came a few MYA after mammals.
Bats, humans, and whales have a common ancestor. This can be proved by the similar bone structure in one another.
Stratigraphic columns are ways to see insight to the earths past. As certain fossils can be found in a few layers, but not in others.
The study of Embryology is a piece of evidence that implies that humans share a common ancestor with pigs, chicken cat, and fish.

History
The first life on earth was made 3.77 billion years ago, and it started with bacteria. They then evolved into fish, then into reptiles, and so on and so forth

DISCOVERY OF EVOLUTION
DARWIN
-
Darwin believed that new species arise from evolution, which happens from mutations changing them, and making them adaptive.
LAMARCK
Lamarck believed that over time animals evolved and gained adaptive traits from physical changes in their life times
Extinction: process of a species, family, or other group of animals or plants becoming extinct.
The sixth extinction is in relations to the exponential rate that animals are going to go extinct becuase of human activity
Humans are causing this with air and water pollution. As well as deforestation.
They constantly affect animals environments causing disruption.
Warfrain was a chemical used to deter mice, but they gained a genetic mutation that caused them to be immune.
-
The Galapagos Finches were known because they all had different beaks that evolved to fit a certain food source
