Dad
Dad: My dad has shown me to be grateful for what you do have as he had told me many times before that I am lucky to have a sister. He has lost taught me useful lifelong skills such as how to tune up a bike, seat a bike tire and replace a car tire.

Mr. Fong
Mr. Fong is my karate instructor. During lockdown he made classes interesting and fun. He also has a great attitude and smile that just spreads to everyone else.

XC: Has shown me that if you persevere
you can make it to the end. Cross country has also showed me that you have to stretch after exercising because while I won't feel the effects now I will later.

Friends

Friends - they have shown me that it is ok to ask for help and doing so is often the hardest part in doing so you must set your ego aside.
MHMS

MHMS: was my middle school and while not the best school has taught me to make the best of a bad situation. This was a theme that persisted all throughout my time here as there was an extreme lack of organization in all of the events
Grandparents
Grandparents: All of my grandparents have shown me what they persevered through just to get a foothold in America, and that through hard work and perseverance you can do anything. They have also shared stories of their living conditions in their early life anhow I should be grateful for the life I have

Sister
Sister: Maya is an awesome sister and I am grateful to have a sister as she is learning to help with chores and sometimes we play video games together.

Travels
Taiwan: This is where I got to see a different part of the world, I saw how not all people were as fortunate as my family and I. I also got to visit all of my relatives on both sides of my family.

Mom

Mom: She has drilled organization and cleanliness into me quite a bit and I am thankful for such. An example fo this is when I cleaned out my room and a couple months later when I need to find my extra glasses I knew exactly where they were
Video Games

Video Games: made me realize how much time I have wasted and how much more I could have done. People waste thousands of hours on digital games, this made me realize what I could have done in that time. However, video games also showed me that there is more to life than just work and school and that there is space and time for fun.
