Broad concept, It will be different in each country. For example, in Canada we should have a greater focus on health of indigenous communities.
This was published in an American journal (hence the universal health care point as one of their steps) so the next steps Canada would take would be different. For example, universal health care doesn't include dentistry or optometry
We should have a greater focus on health of reugees as well.
Universal pharma-care has been suggested for implementation in Canada for ~10 years, and yet it still hasn't actually been done
