Sports
The regular effort that sports require as well as the idea of sportsmanship affect my morals by influencing me even outside of sports. Sportsmanship affects how I act even outside of sports through anything that can be considered as a competition.
Studying
Observing something's origins, development, and the effect it’s had on history and the world helps me understand its significance. I can weigh its many qualities with other things to get a better understanding of the world.
Friends
Through interacting with my friends, I’ve learned through experience what it takes to be a good friend and a respectful person. I’ve built relationships with my friends where we can call each other out when we think one of us is being disrespectful.
School
School is the main environment I am in outside of my house. The various learning materials mainly develop logical thinking, while the people and non-academic aspects of school allow me to practice subjective thinking such as sympathy, empathy, and honesty.
Books
I can reflect on the various characters in books similarly to how I analyze news stories. The difference is that books can focus on hypothetical or impossible situations through the fiction genre, testing my morals even further.
Sleep
Sleeping helps me focus on thinking. I reflect on my day, past, and future while I’m falling asleep, determining whether my actions truly align with my existing morals and developing new ones.
News
Although I don’t regularly watch the news, occasionally hearing about controversial stories helps me develop a further understanding of my own morals. By analyzing scenarios and determining the best course of action for the people involved, I reinforce or rethink my own morals.
Meeting New People
I’ve learned a lot about how to interact with people I am not familiar with. These interactions shape my future actions, as I am normally around people I am unfamiliar with.
Parents
My parents raised me to have good morals. They showed me the difference between right and wrong as well as how to be kind.
