Italy: the second paragraph of Article 27 of the Constitution states: "A defendant shall be considered not guilty until a final sentence has been passed."
America: The 5th Amendment states that no one should be
“...deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...”
One is to be punished if there is evidence that proves ones guilty over any reasonable doubt

The UK is often said to have an ‘unwritten’ constitution
The English Church shall be free, and shall have its rights undiminished, and its liberties unimpaired.
