Growth mindset
in a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work - brains and talent are just the starting point.

Fixed mindset
individuals with a fixed mindset believe that their qualities (such as intelligence and other personal traits) are "set in stone" - how god made you is basically who you are. Ones trait are fixed - not something that can be developed or practiced.

Perfectionism

Positive in nature, set high standards, desire organisation in life, being persistent in working towards goals and strive for perfection.
Negative in nature, concerned about the mistakes they make, parental expectations and criticism. Have self doubts about actions and feel others have high expectations of them.
Perfectionism strivings represents a commitment to exceptionally high standards and encompasses facets of perfectionism that are typically considered normal, adaptive, and healthy (e.g., high personal standards).
Perfectionistic concerns represents a tendency to be overly critical in evaluations of ones behaviour and encompasses facets of perfectionism that are typically considered abnormal, maladaptive, and unhealthy (e.g. Concern over mistakes, doubts about actions, socially prescribed perfectionism).
