Facilitators Roster
(When are you on etc)
TUESDAY MORNING AEST
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AEST
Important Notes for all Facilitators
Are you Facilitating or Presenting?
Some Workshops require a bias towards presenting. Others will benefit from a bias towards facilitating
For example, there is a lot to cover in W-01 (Welcome & Orientation) and it will benefit more from a bias towards presenting.
It's important to at least touch on all the main things we have in the system
On the other hand W02 (WHY)
could benefit more from a bias towards facilitation
We will be encouraging
Different facilitators to focus on different aspects of WHY you would build a network
Attendees to re-attend to keep their Why (which may change over time) fresh
However, it is important that the facilitator gives a good overview of the content of the WHY workshop before doing a deeper dive
Workshops 5a & 5b
Are designed to help people understand and improve and should be very interactive
The facilitator will paste a form into the chat at the beginning which will enable attendees to write down any specific questions that they would like to be answered
If there is not enough time to answer these questions during the workshop, the facilitators and those that asked the questions can hang around for a while at the end (or another time that suits the facilitator) to clear up the questions
There is a facilitator and an assistant assigned to Workshop 5a & 5b
Sometimes you have a lot to cover and you need to balance interaction with moving on
Develop the art of asking particular people questions to encourage contribution
(we plan to do some seminars around this)
Learning these skill will help you in other areas of business!
Many hands make light work!
The more (reliable) people available to facilitate, the better
Facilitators can rely on the system to do the "heavy lifting" (with Podcasts, Mind Maps, links, etc)
Please suggest people in your team that have been around for at least 5 months
Always
Encourage attendees to change the "View Options" in Zoom so that their view is not obsured by either the other faces or their note-taking app
Typically, attendees will be juggling 3 pieces of information (often on a laptop or single monitor)
The screen you (as the presenter are sharing)
The faces of the other attendees
The CC Workbook where they can take notes for this workshop
Encourage Attendees to access their CC Workbook from the Builders menu so they can take notes from your workshop
When your attendee registers, their Connector should help them create a CC Workbook and save it on their CC profile so that it is automatically accessible from the Builders menu
Their CC Workbook needs to have been created and saved with your Connector during onboarding
Encourage attendees to listen to the Podcast for this workshop
There are 3 ways people can listen to the Podcast for the workshop you are facilitating
The best way is to download the Builders menu to the Home screen of their mobile (that way they can also easily access all Podcasts
This looks INCREDIBLY GOOD on a phone
Email the following link
to yourself

Open the email on your phone and click the link
1 more item...
Your attendees can access these instructions from a link included in the Mind Maps for the first 5 Workshops
The Podcast will cover most likely cover everything important.
So, if you can be confident that people will listen to the Podcast, it means you don't have to stress about missing something vital.
The second way is to access all episodes for the workshop you are facilitating by clicking as shown in the following screenshot
The third way is to access a particular episode as follows
If you are conducting workshop 01
explain these symbols
Leave enough time to do the QUIZ
Most Workshops have 1 or more Quizzes
Quizzes are fun and are a very effective way of learning
It doesn't take long to do a Quiz but leave enough time at the end
Make sure you have done the Quiz before you facilitate
Go through the Quiz while you are sharing your screen and encourage your attendees to do their own Quiz on their own time
You can easily identify Quizzes by the following symbol
