改法：out44, nand pmos用限流(跟out44借的)
(1)50ohm粗調先off
改成out2xx
(2)因為tail current disable快於50ohm disable
不用改，往上沒關係

tail cur.變大
因為VBIAS CS
改法add cap
tail cur.
太快enable
改法out1 Falling 限流(exchg.前後inv.)＋6cap(5*7)
out1 rise會變快嗎？有6cap
