The third step is Reward. It is when you get results on something or get something in general to see if your habit turned out to be good or bad.
The first step to fixing your routines is trigger. Trigger is the cue that signals us to start a routine. You have to know you what your trigger is to start fixing it.

Wellness is how I keep my physical and mental health as well as how I social and family relationships.
Body
Neurotransmitters send neurons to the brain cells to affect emotions, alertness, etc.
Fats(lipids) makes up most of the brains nutrients besides protiens(amino acids) and macronutrients.
Food affects how we act, are alert, etc.
The interconnectedness of our food to our mind is that it helps it function throughout the day. The interconnectedness of our food to our bodies physically is that it helps it function and move around during the day.
