Guided Self-Help (LICBT): one to one sessions with a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, usually held fortnightly for 30-45 minutes. Delivered by telephone, video or face to face. Up to 6 sessions of CBT-based techniques. Option to work with a Longterm Conditions Specialised PWP (LTC PWP), who has had additional training to support those experiencing chronic physical health conditions such as diabetes, COPD, chronic fatigue, persistent pain, IBS / IBD, cardiac conditions. Support can also be offered digitally via IESO (instant messaging).
