In the very beginning - project management resource for HSBC delivery which grew and grew
Need to appear bigger than we are (delivery 'team')
Design and production of materials inhouse
Other bits and pieces that did not naturally fit anywhere else
Managing delivery (workshop design, materials production and delivery, client liaison, coach allocation and briefing, indicators etc)

The needs of the business have change as have the resources we can allocate to eg material production and where this best take place
How do we manage this across time zones - asychronous can work but sometimes you need to bat things back and forth quickly

Tech support (specifically for CBA programmes) - email set up, Teams account set up and admin, liaising with IT supplier, also Hubspot set up and maintenance
More internally focused with exception of Index work
