What is a measured risk?
This is taken by people who can see downsides and understand the risk.

A non professional career tends to be one where you get paid an hourly wage, starts off with low income and does not increase. A professional career tends to be one with a fixed salary, that starts off pretty high and increases over time. Most of these careers require qualifications to get.
