.The Constitutional Court is made up of twelve members, with the title of Magistrates of the Constitutional Court, appointed by the King. Of them, four at the proposal of the Congress of Deputies, by a majority of three fifths of its members; four at the proposal of the Senate, chosen from among the candidates presented by the Legislative Assemblies of the Autonomous Communities, by a majority of three-fifths of their members; two at the proposal of the Government; and two at the proposal of the General Council of the Judiciary, by a majority of three-fifths of its members.
