Officer: To be a police officer you have to be able to apprehend a subject that can weigh up to 4x as much as you, so its easier for men to pass the physical tests
Soldier: For over 100 years men have been the vast majority of soldiers. Women were still on the battlefield but the men carried the guns and moved the lines
Firefighter: Firefighting is a dangerous job, it requires courage, physical and mental strength, and the ability to quickly evaluate a situation

Construction Worker: Being a construction worker is hard on every single part of your body, even internally. It also takes a fit and strong human
Plumber: Plumbing is a predominately male job, while men don't like being dirty, they rather woudl over women
Mechanic: At a young age men are condition to like cars and work on them, so as time goes on they tend to get in to the job, just like how women get into designing clothes

Farmer: Men dominate the farming scene mostly because of the generations before them, they usually take over their families land, just like their father did before them
Janitor: Being a janitor is physically demanding like most male-dominated jobs, so they gravitate

Nurse: Women dominate the healthcare field, Nursing happens to be one of the oldest

Librarian: Women tend to be more knowledgeable than men, so they can do the job easier
Psychologist: Women tend to perceive themselves as empaths, so they are drawn to it
Vet: More women graduate with the qualifications to become a vet, and end up dominating the vet field

Stewardess: Women tend to others easier than men, and they typically weight less so they can go further

Male
Tall: Even though men take longer for puberty and are shorter than girls for a small chunk of time, they eventually grow and on average become quite taller than females
Strong: By nature, men develop muscle easier and typically start off with more
Body Hair: Men grow hair all over their body at an alarming rate, so they tend to be as bushy as a bear
Masculine: Men, of course, are more masculine than their female counterpart, it's in their DNA
Dirty: Men, like construction workers usually come home dirty or are always depicted as dirty, I mean, they are always working

Natural: Men don't wear makeup, they tend to stick with 36-in-1 soaps and that's about it
Chiseled Features: Typically men have strong, straight cut features like in the jaw, cheeks, and nose
Thick: Although men have more strength than women, they tend to have a lower metabolism and get larger quicker
Tattoed: Men, being the most incarcerated, also have tattoos a lot more than women, and while tatooing is starting to become popular, it used to not be like that
