- - - - Article 11. The competition for the appointment of teachers and professors shall be held by means of a public announcement.
    - - Article 22. The educator who is appointed to a position requested by him/her and does not show up to take possession within five working days shall lose the position.
- - - - Primary Personnel
        
        1st Category. Comprises university graduates in education with two or more years of satisfactory teaching service.
        
        2nd Category. Includes university graduates in education and assistant inspectors with less than two years of service.
        
        3rd Category. Special Directors and Assistant Directors with less than two years of service.
      - Secundary Personnel
        
        Article 197 In all official educational establishments there may be school canteens to contribute to the better nutrition of their students.
        
        Article 173. In order to be appointed Director or Assistant Director of a school or Secondary Education, it is required to have a university degree with a specialization appropriate to the nature of the respective school and five years of teaching experience in secondary education.
