- - - - This part of my website includes different types of exercises people can do to increase their physical fitness. This would be helpful or the new people who just started or thought about increasing their physical fitness. This could be their first step to take.
  - - - This part of the website includes about healthy eating habits or healthy diets they can do to stay fit and healthy. I would include fruits, vegetables and other healthy stuff to eat to maintain a balanced diet.
