Wellness
wellbeing is to be physically, mentally, and socially, and emotionally stable, fit, and happy.
It is when you feel full satisfaction, and can focus properly with no distractions, like physical health issues, etc.

Physical Wellness
What is physical wellbeing? to be physically fit, healthy, and stable. In order to stay physically fit you need to eat healthy food, sleep well, etc.
Sleep
sleep for a minimum of 6-8 hours, this helps your body regain the lost energy throughout the day's work.
Exercise
This means that you on a regular basis do some sort of physical activity, this keeps your body fit, and stable, and helps you maintain your weight, it also helps you become strong, and build your stamina
Restricted screen time
too much of gadgets decreases your sleep quality, thus you need to reduce the use of gadgets
Eating healthy
eat healthy foods such as fruits, veggies, etc. do not eat lots of junk food like burgers, or fries.
Bad Habits that lead to gaining weight- No exercise, eating unhealth, too many sugars and fats
Emotional Wellness
What is emotional wellbeing? When you can handle, and control your emotions, and deal with them in an effective way, it also means to be adaptable to change
manage your time wisely because it lowers, and decreases stress levels
stay positive, and calm even when problems, or challenges arise, as this helps you not get a panic attack
find something that can relive and take away your stress, like music, or a pet, or talking to a parent, etc.
find a someone who is trustworthy, and close to you, so that you can share your feelings with them, this helps reduce the high amounts of stress and pressure in your body, as you are getting rid of all your feelings
How can we balance emotions- when angry scream into a pillow, listen to music, talk to friends or parents, etc.
