The Supreme Court is the judicial body that is at the top of the Spanish judiciary. Its jurisdiction extends to the entire national territory and it is the highest body in all jurisdictional orders: civil, criminal, contentious-administrative, social and military.
Contitutional Court
The Constitutional Court is a jurisdictional body that is not part of the Judiciary. It has jurisdiction throughout Spain and is only subject to the Constitution and its own Organic Law.
