What is Bureaucracy?

to administer large-scale and systematic coordination between many people working at different levels to achieve a common goal.
ADVANTAGES
Division of Subordinates

Eg. In UiTM management it self do practice bureaucracy system where there is a division level of departments.
Decision Making
Generally handed over to the employees by their immediate managers to decide on their own decision making.
Eg. The Student Affairs Department in UiTM, where the does have their own head of the department, thus, all decisions which regards to students affairs are beyond his power.
DISADVANTAGES
Red Tape
Follows a certain set of rules and regulations.
This imparts a lack of flexibility and can often lead to inefficiency.
Eg. In UiTM management system, we cannot just gives decision based on our own minds or self interests due to the excessive bureaucracy or adherence to official rules and formalities.
