Best Practices
-
Tier 1 - Screening Struggling learners, 8 weeks of progress. If no progress reported, proceed to Tier 2.
Tier 2 - Intensive instruction in a smaller group setting based on performance levels for a longer time period. If no progress, proceed to Tier 3.
Tier 3 - Individualized instruction is necessary to target skill deficits. Data collected in 1, 2, and 3 are used for eligibility decisions.
