Plenty of food is wasted everyday all around the world. Save the food for latter or only serve yourself what you think you can eat.
Plenty of people that have no food could use the food that we waste.
Limiting food waste globally could reduce the need to raise more food by 60 percent.
Clothing
The volume of clothing Americans throw away each year has doubled in the last 20 years, from 7 million to 14 million tons.
Too many still useful clothes are thrown into the trash, many can be reused, donations are the best way to get rid of no longer needed clothes.
Transport
Some ways to reduce the carbon footprint that you are making when using a car is by biking, walking or taking the public transit.
Car pooling is good to do with friends and family instead of owning multiple vehicles.
Limit flying places because, one long flight releases the equivalent of nearly 14 percent of the annual emissions from your car.

Try to limit the amount of times you purchase take out from a restaurant, because most meals will come in single use, plastic or styrofoam containers and cutlery.

Taking the already used water from cooking or bathing and using it for toilet water or something else.
