The Bill of Rights was essentially based off the Declaration of Rights

Gave Virginians the freedom to practice religions not forced by the government. Allowed no repercussion upon practicing a religion.

Constitution and the Bill of Rights
June 21st, 1788
, New Hampshire would ratify the Constitution, this becoming the official framework of the government.
Established equality and guaranteed a majority rules system. Included the protection of minorities rights. Affirmed the individual worth and value of the people.
