Goal setting isn't very well coordinated nor is it sufficiently collaborative, tends to be top down rather that joined up and embedded in agile pracitces, which can differ considerably from one squad to the next.

Trust has to be earned (and takes time to get there)

Some growing pains evident as TradeMe has become an incumbent in the NZ market and there are larger global challengers in market with Brand power

DevOps engineering practices maturing but there are some inconsistencies in approach and the way these are being applied. Proprietary release management pipeline is end of life and being replaced

Tracy doing role now and has too much to do, she needs someone to own delivery and help coach the delivery leads and work with the teams to remove impediments to delivering quality code at velocity
