Refer to the routine: learners are semi-familiar with the classroom routine and it is important to reinforce the rules whilst teaching. For example, during the main activity, the learners are aware of what is required from them to do, but mentioning the classroom rules again reinforces them and sets the lesson back on track.
Make a plan for transitions: transitioning from one part to another is crucial, and the way I moved from one topic to another is by seamlessly changing using a question or video. Whatever fits the topic can be used.
Use child-friendly labels: adding labels on items in the classroom helps students associate the two together, as well as improving the learners' reading.
Understand your students, Recognize each student as an individual. And I build a relationship with them based on trust and understanding.

engage with students, when the student is not paying attention. While teaching, as a teacher I try to make friendly eye contact with the students and encourage them to focus by asking questions and using the students' names.

-Document The Rules: Once classroom rules are established, make sure that students have a way to keep track of them; whether they are written out in the classroom or the syllabus.
-Allow Students To Help Establish Rules: Having a discussion about classroom rules, and allowing students to weigh in on the dos and don’ts of classroom etiquette, will ensure more compliance in the long run.
Avoid Punishing The Whole Class: Punishing the whole class can harm classroom management in the long run because it hurts the students who are behaving correctly.

Good classroom managers have protocols in place to handle routine issues that occur in every classroom And the teacher must teach the students the classroom rules for good mangment
