        Some examples of elements that are protected by trademarks include sounds, colors, shapes, slogans, gestures and designs amongst many others
      - Industrial design
        
        It refers to the ornamental and/or aesthetic characteristics of an object including both 3D elements, such as the shape, and 2D elements, such as patterns
      - Trade secrets
        
        Confidential information that a certain company uses when manufacturing their products (e.g. the Coca-Cola formula)
      - Geografical Indications
        
        A sign that indicates a product comes from a specific geographic location, being this the characteristic that distinguishes them
