Gymnosperms are a group of vascular plants that reproduce by means of an exposed seed.
Lack fruits
Usually form trees or bushes
Seeds on the outside of the plant
They produce no flowers

The term "gymnosperm" comes from the composite word in Greek; literally meaning "naked seeds".
In nature it has various different forms like in the coast redwood tree or eastern white pine even japanese yew which is a type of plant that grows special fruits.
