Business Partners = working with business units or line managers on strategic development, organizational design, business performance or change management
Centeres of Excellence = provides support to business partners, develop detailed policy for corporate HR and act as reference points when dealing with complex queries; resourcing, employment relations, pay & rewards, learning & development and organizational development
Corporate HR = have responsibility for developing HR and People strategy, ensuring corporate uphold corporate values and comply legal requirements
Vendor Management = provide third party services such as; pension administration, managed through service-level agreements.
Shared Services = HR Administrative tasks and provide information and advice through intranet or call centers to clients.
