INCIDENT
- Turn on your hazard lights, move to a safe place and alert oncoming traffic with the warning triangle. Stay calm, don’t leave the scene. Secure the accident area and check you are ok.
1.1 Before leaving the vehicle, always put on your hi-vis vest.
1.2 Ensure that all other clients are away from the vehicle and have been moved to a safe place, as far from moving traffic as possible. Luggage should remain in the vehicle.

- Contact the police or the gendarmes as soon as possible if required.
- Contact the office/24hr line.

- Avoid any potentially provocative discussions
