Have different colour markings around the hospitals for the different treatment rooms so that the patients can identify the colour and follow them.
Have a speaking device at the entrance of the hospital so that patients with special needs are able to speak into it and caregivers would be able to fetch and bring them to the area they need to go.
Have a directory that allows the user to type in the area they need to go to in the hospital and the screen would guide them from where they are by giving them the directions that is also multi-language and also text-to-speech

Solution
An app that allows integration with healthhub to access appointment details (eg location, date, time) and show the hospital directory from street view with detailed directions on where to walk
A colour for each block that shows up in the healthhub app and directories as well to help people find their way around the hospital better
A machine outside the entrances of hospitals that allows (mainly disabled) users to press a button and call for assistance from nurses to bring them to their appointment locations
