- - - - PMO must have collateral collected by idea and any supporting documentation including functional and non functional requirements. A blank template estimate sheet should be uploaded with the PMO and PMO checklist updated.
        
        PO creates the PMO

        PO creates the EPIC line items (product breakdown structure) columns A, B & C with as much detail as possible
        
        This may need technical help - this must be Architect - this is on adhoc basis and routed through Chris Johnson through Architecture mailbox or direct to Chris J
        
        PO Adds all EPICS from estimate to Rio board with product line set to Healthcare and link these to PMO ticket
        
        PO also creates assumptions, risks and dependancies
        
        PO liaises with CSO Vicky Mudd or assigned Safety case officer
        
        Save to https://servelecgroup.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/DEP-ProductEstimations/
        
        Saved location and put it in description in PMO
        
        Transition PMO ticket to Ready for High Level estimation
        
        IF Change after this point - If approved on estimation sheet- Just be a change control - Change control sheet in Confluence
        
        Product line needs to be set to Healthcare, Component must be Rio don't set Interop.
        Assignee should be CJ
        
        Architect/Development sign off up to 50 days - 50 - 100 DG, over 100 days goes to Martyn.
        Architect sets to Ready for review
        
        Review session with PO DG and DS
        VM as optional
        
        Ready to progress by Dan or Lee - managed by Stuart from this point on
        
        PO PMO process largely dev and Standard operating procedure from this point on
        
        Architect team set it to 'IN Estimation'
        
        IF CHANGE to a PMO Update PMO to say a change has been made - discussion point if it needs PMO adjustment - PMO is either Ready to Progress
        
        Ready to Review
        
        PMO should link back to idea and have links to EPICS on Rio Healthcare board, with estimation sheet and description in PMO
