Definition: The flip side of the Inner Critic
Pros: Protect us from discomfort and anxiety
Where: like our own voice when we were scared and defensive little kids trying to protect ourselves
THE INNER GUIDE
Definition: The wise inner voice that seeks to make the best of any situation

Tell us the impartial truth
Allowing us to be more fully aware of the world
THE LANGUAGE OF RESPONSIBILITY
DEFINITION: Translating victim statements into the responsible language of creators moves you from stagnant judgments to dynamic actions.
LANGUAGE OF THE VICTIMS
Accept ownership of their situation
Plan and take actions to improve their situation.
LANGUAGE OF THE CREATORS
Complain, blame, and make excuses and have a little of energy left over to solve problems.
Drain the energy from other people when talking.
